The HOLD FAST Process

  • Crossfit, Weightlifting, or Running Injury or Pain Treatment: Myofascial Decompression (also known as Cupping or Cup Therapy)

    1. Calm the Storm

    To allow for more comfortable exercise, daily activities, and sleep we’ll create a plan to relieve your pain as quickly as possible. This can include manual treatments, corrective and rehabilitative exercises, activity modification, and a home rehab program that fits into your busy schedule.

  • Running, Crossfit, or Weightlifting Injury Evaluation, Injury Treatment, Injury Rehab or Physical Therapy

    2. Fix the Root Cause

    While working towards relieving your pain we’ll address the underlying cause of your symptoms making you more mobile, stable, and strong to improve movement mechanics so you can get back on track with your training!

  • Crossfit or Weightlifting Injury Treatment and Recovery

    3. Build Resilience

    We’ve tackled your pain, you’re feeling strong, now let’s make you more resilient to injury in the future. Our goal is to give you the tools you need to stay active and healthy long term so you can crush your fitness goals!

About Courtney

Courtney DeSorbo is a board certified, Licensed Athletic Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with 13 years of experience in sports medicine and orthopaedic performance rehabilitation. She specializes in helping barbell athletes and distance runners prevent, treat, and rehabilitate injuries so they can continue to pursue their fitness goals and maintain an active, healthy lifestyle.
